Phuket Trip * Day 1

19th July 2011, a memorable trip with my dear. Like i mentioned in earlier post, i planned for this trip for a long time, finally it run smoothly. HAPPY!!

Every time when i taking flight, i would like to have a seat near to the window to capture all the nice view.

we departed from KLIA around 7.25am and arrived Phuket airport around 7.50am. wah, very fast right!! YOU ARE WRONG!!! Phuket time is one hour late than our country. that mean we arrived there around 8.50am (Malaysia time).

After checked in, we went out to search our tour for the next two days and our lunch. Before that, we sure took an opportunity to take some photos at Patong Beach.
Last few years had a serious tsunami at Phuket, this is the place. Our hotel (condo) is only 300 meters from the beach. The time i reach there, I'm thinking, if tsunami come, where should i run? our room is at 13th floor, is it safe?(In Patong area, you can only see 3 high building. i think our condo building is the most higher)....everyday i open my eyes from my sleep, i so happy and Thank God, I STILL ALIVE... Hehe....Serious man! I'm not kidding!!!


After settle for two days tour, next mission~ LUNCH. most of the food here are western food (maybe more foreigner there)... finally we got a small stall selling Traditional Thai Food. YEAH!!! The food was tasty and the boss also quite friendly. He saw we very hot and gave us a cold and wet tissue for us. So attentive....
Night, we walked around the Patong Street. Erm... like Malaysia Petaling Street... Please bargain if u are interested... (Eg, one dress they selling is 650 baht, after bargain can be 300 baht...)
Along the road, have many stall selling pancake, i think it was one of their "famous" food..haha... if i open a stall selling RAMLI BURGER, i sure i can earn a lots .... haha...


Sudden, we saw a street were full of peoples. Once we in, we just realized there are many pub and disco, so i called it as " DISCO Street / Street of LADYBOY)...(After back from Phuket, dear's mom asked us are we have a TIGER SHOW there? i answered nope, because we were very tired and scare will out of budget... she said:"since you all above 18 years old, can have a watch. that show is quite fun") haha... Aunty, you are so modern and in... haha...

lo yee mee....

我第一次煮的lo yee mee....味道还不错。Dear说味道和他妈妈煮的一样。哈哈哈....

那天dear的妈妈出过一个星期，为了省钱，我决定了晚餐亲自下厨。
首先，为了让我的汤汁更鲜甜，我用了aunty出国前为我们准备的江鱼仔熬汤。
然后放些鱼丸、鱼饼，让汤头更加美味。

step 2, 当汤头沸腾时，就放yee mee下去。
step 3, 这时候我们可以调味了。放些黑酱油、酱油、蚝油、麻油、盐、胡椒粉下去调味。
step 4, 在yee mee要软的时候，加些青菜、fu zuk...
step 5, 为了使汤头变得浓稠，最后我勾了个薯粉芡。再打个蛋，把窝盖盖上。让它煮一下,然后就 可以上桌咯。

p/s：因为每个人对酸味的承受度不一样，所以醋的分量就因人而异，随着自己的胃口调配。
